AUSTRALIA: FREE REGISTERED EXPRESS POST

~ Domestic orders (Australia-wide) are processed within 2 business days; you will receive an email notification with tracking information once your purchase is on its way.

~ We ship all orders free of charge via Australia Post using their Express Post service, which guarantees next day delivery for metropolitan areas, but can take 2 business days for regional areas.

~ Permanent Vacation is not responsible for packages that go missing or are stolen once delivered, therefore if you would like to protect your shipment please add the 'Signature on Delivery' option at checkout. This service is provided by Australia Post for a $3 fee and requires that an order is signed for, so where possible please also specify a residential or business address where someone will be available to receive the parcel during business hours.

INTERNATIONAL: FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $450
NEW ZEALAND ~ $20 REGISTERED / $35 DHL (ORDERS UNDER $450)
REST OF WORLD ~ $30 REGISTERED / $45 DHL (ORDERS UNDER $450)

~ International orders (outside Australia) with a value of AUD$450 or above qualify for free shipping, you will have a choice of either Registered Post or DHL during the checkout process, in case one service is more suitable for you.

~ All international orders are processed within 2 business days; you will receive an email notification with tracking information once your purchase is on its way.

~ We ship via Australia Post's Registered International air service, which takes approximately 8—14 days for delivery. Alternatively, if you would prefer a faster service we offer DHL Worldwide Express, shipping times are NZ 1—2 days, rest of world 3—6 days. 

~ In certain countries you may be liable for import and/or customs duties on your order. Such costs are not included in the purchase price of your PV order, and will need to be paid to your local authority to release your purchase from customs. We have no control over customs processing times or charges.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

~ We offer a refund or exchange on full priced goods within 7 days of your parcel being received (as recorded by Australia Post or DHL). Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed, and all tags must remain in place.

~ If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we will provide you with the necessary steps to take from there.

~ PV doesn't operate seasonally and we don't reduce our prices, but on the rare occasion a piece is offered at a discounted price the sale will be final, so please choose carefully. We are always here to provide fit advice prior to making your purchase, so do get in touch with any questions :)
