COMPLIMENTARY EXPRESS POST

~ Enjoy free express shipping on all Australian orders. Australia Post Express guarantees next day delivery for metropolitan areas, however your order may take 2 working days to arrive in regional areas.

~ Orders are processed within 2 business days; you will receive an email notification with tracking information once your purchase is on its way.

~ Once delivered, Permanent Vacation is not responsible for packages that go missing or are stolen. If you would like to protect your shipment please add the 'Signature on Delivery' option at checkout. This service is provided by Australia Post for a $3 fee and requires that an order is signed for, so where possible please also specify a residential or business address where someone will be available to receive the parcel during business hours.

LOCAL PICK-UP (MELBOURNE / NAARM)

~ PV orders may be collected from Post Sole Shop in Abbotsford, Wednesday—Saturday from 11am—5pm; you will receive an email notification once we have prepared your pieces and they are ready to pick up.

~ Orders are processed within 2 business days; please note that a purchase must be completed before 4pm on a Friday to be ready for collection on the Saturday of that week.

DHL — NEW ZEALAND AUD$35 / REST OF WORLD AUD$50 (FOR ORDERS UNDER AUD$400)
EXPRESS POST — NEW ZEALAND AUD$20 / REST OF WORLD AUD$35 (FOR ORDERS UNDER AUD$400) 

~ Enjoy free express shipping worldwide on all purchases above AUD$400. You can select either DHL or Registered International Post during the checkout process, in case one service is more suitable for you.

~ Orders are processed within 2 business days; you will receive an email notification with tracking information once your shipment is on its way.

~ Estimated shipping times for DHL Worldwide Express: NZ 1—2 days, rest of world 3—6 days. Estimated shipping times for Registered International Express: approximately 8—14 days.

~ USA: Prices are landed, and include duties, taxes and tariffs.

~ In certain countries you may be liable for import and/or customs duties on your order. Such costs are not included in the purchase price of your PV order, and will need to be paid to your local authority to release your purchase from customs. We have no control over customs processing times or charges.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

~ We offer a refund or exchange on full priced goods within 7 days of your parcel being received (as recorded by Australia Post or DHL), minus shipping and handling charges.

~ Return shipping costs and any duties incurred are at the customer's expense, and will not be covered by Permanent Vacation. This currently excludes orders to USA, where duties / tariffs are paid by Permanent Vacation at the time of shipping. 

~ Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed, and all tags must remain in place.

~ If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we will provide you with the necessary steps to take from there.

~ PV doesn't operate seasonally and we don't reduce our prices, but on the rare occasion a piece is offered at a discounted price the sale will be final, so please choose carefully. We are always here to provide fit advice prior to making your purchase, so do get in touch with any questions :)
